Blood Pressure Treatments

Low Blood Pressure Treatments:

Patients of postural hypotension, a type of low blood pressure, are treated by targeting the cause of this trouble.

The other type of low blood pressure is nutritional hypotension. As the name suggests it happens due to unbalanced nutrition. In order to correct this malfunction an adequate diet emphasizing the complete range of proteins, the B-vitamins, particularly panthothenic acid should be taken for 3 to 4 weeks until the blood pressure reaches normal level. Salty food should especially be consumed in moderate quantity.

Along with it, in case of extreme cases ½ teaspoonful of salt in water should be taken daily. Since vitamin E reduces the need for oxygen in the tissues, it is especially helpful in relieving the certain kinds of fatigue which ought to be included in the diet chart.

High Blood Pressure Treatments:

In treating high blood pressure three measures are taken;

  1. administrating the drugs
  2. dietary control and exercise
  3. providing emotional relief

Although the last step may appear beyond the purview of a physician, yet it is being mentioned to make the patient’s family members aware of its great need. There are many therapies which claim to control or cure it altogether.There are four ways high blood pressure can be treated. They are:

  1. Allopathic
  2. Homeopathic
  3. Naturopathic
  4. Magnetotherapic
